Your Hollander Powerlink inventory, on eBay without a second system.
YardWyre connects to the Powerlink database your yard already runs and lists those parts on eBay Motors. Nothing is migrated, nobody rekeys a part, and a sale comes back to Powerlink as a work order.
A yard on Powerlink already holds everything an eBay listing needs. The hard part has never been the data; it has been getting it onto eBay without a second inventory to keep in step, and getting eBay sales back into the yard without retyping them. That round trip is what YardWyre does.
How it connects
A one-time installer links YardWyre to your yard's Powerlink database over a private connection. There is no export, no spreadsheet in the middle and no nightly upload: YardWyre reads and writes the records you already keep, so Powerlink stays the one place your inventory lives.
YardWyre is independent software. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Hollander or Solera; it works with the Powerlink database a yard already has.
What it uses from Powerlink
-
Your inventory
Each part's vehicle, part type, price, location and stock number come straight from its Powerlink record.
-
Hollander interchange
Fitment for eBay, and the right version of a part for the exact vehicle, come from your interchange data.
-
The photos on file
Photos already attached to a part go up with its listing, and photos taken in the row land on the part's record.
-
Your yard locations
Stock search covers every location, and the public store can list just the locations you choose.
What comes back to Powerlink
Paid eBay orders become Powerlink work orders, created under a dedicated employee so eBay sales are easy to report on and stay apart from counter sales. Sales that did not come from YardWyre are recorded but left alone.
The other direction works too. A part sold at the counter, deleted or blocked from online sale in Powerlink is ended on eBay automatically within minutes, and a price changed in Powerlink reaches the live listing on its own. More on what happens on the eBay side is on the eBay listing software page.
Intake on a phone, straight into Powerlink
Scan a VIN at the car and the vehicle is created in Powerlink with a fresh stock number. Walk the car with the parts wizard, which offers the versions your own interchange data says that exact vehicle has, and scan a part tag in the row to photograph it. Everything lands on the Powerlink records, from whoever is doing the work. See the salvage yard inventory app.
Every yard location
A Powerlink install often covers several yard locations. YardWyre searches stock across all of them from any machine, not just the one in the office, and per-person permissions decide who sees what.
See it on your own Powerlink data
If your yard runs Powerlink and sells on eBay, we will connect a copy of your parts and show you exactly what would list, what it would price at, and what it would earn.
How it worksQuestions yards ask
Do I need to move off Powerlink?
No. YardWyre works on top of Powerlink, reading and writing the same database. Nothing is migrated and there is no second inventory.
Is YardWyre made by Hollander?
No. YardWyre is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by Hollander or Solera. It connects to the Powerlink database your yard already has.
Does it use Hollander interchange?
Yes. Fitment for eBay listings, and the version of a part offered for a vehicle, come from your Hollander interchange data.
What happens to eBay orders?
Each paid eBay order becomes a work order in Powerlink, under a dedicated employee account, so eBay sales stay separate from counter sales.
Is my data moved anywhere?
No inventory is migrated. YardWyre reads and writes your Powerlink records over a private connection.
See it on your own parts
We will take a copy of your inventory and show you what would list, what it would price at, and what the fitment would say.
