Auto parts delivery software from the pull to the doorstep.

A sold part has to be pulled, loaded and delivered, and the money collected at the door. YardWyre runs that from the work order to the signature: routes built on a map, a driver app with proof of delivery, and a report of what came back.

For many yards, local delivery runs on paper: a stack of tickets, a driver who knows the way, and a phone call to find out where the truck is. It works until there are three trucks, or a driver is out, or a customer says they paid when they did not.

From the sale to the truck

When a part sells, it drops onto a puller's phone with a quick check and a batch of photos, so the part that goes on the truck is the part that was sold. Everyone sees only their own job: a puller sees pulls, a driver sees the route.

Routes built on a map

The dispatcher builds each truck's route on a map, reordering stops by hand or letting it pick the nearest drop next. Each stop carries what is going there and what to collect.

The driver's phone

  • Directions to each stop

The driver opens the next stop on the phone and gets directions to it.

  • Proof of delivery

Mark it delivered, capture the customer's signature and take proof-of-delivery photos at the door.

  • A live map

You watch the truck on a live map while the driver's phone is sharing its location, instead of calling the driver to ask.

  • Installed from the browser

The app installs to the phone's home screen straight from the browser, on Android and iPhone, with no app store.

Collecting payment

The driver records the payment collected at each stop, whether cash, card, Zelle, CashApp or another method, so the money and the stop it came from are matched before the truck is back.

Run sheets and reports

Print a run sheet with every stop, the amount to collect at each and the total the driver should bring back. Afterwards, a per-driver report shows what was delivered, what was collected and how it was paid.

Part of YardWyre

Delivery runs in the same app as intake and stock lookup and the work orders from eBay sales, on the parts database your yard already runs.

How it works

Questions yards ask

Do drivers need a separate app?

No. The same YardWyre app installs to the phone's home screen from the browser, and a driver signs in and sees only the route.

Can drivers collect payment?

Yes. The driver records the payment taken at each stop, whether cash, card, Zelle, CashApp or another method.

How do I know a part was delivered?

The driver marks the stop delivered, captures the customer's signature and takes proof-of-delivery photos.

Can I see where the truck is?

Yes. You watch the truck on a live map while the driver's phone is sharing its location.

How are routes planned?

The dispatcher builds each truck's route on a map, reordering stops by hand or letting it pick the nearest drop next.
