eBay listing software for salvage yards that keeps eBay and the yard in step.
YardWyre lists your parts on eBay Motors straight from your yard's inventory — real fitment, your own photos, your prices — then ends a listing when the part sells at the counter and brings eBay orders back as work orders.
Most eBay listing tools start with an empty form. A salvage yard already has the information a listing needs — the vehicle a part came off, its interchange, its price, its location and its photos — sitting in the yard system. YardWyre lists from that record, so listing one more part costs almost nothing, and the parts that were never worth six minutes of typing finally go up.
List from the inventory you already keep
Select a batch of parts, set a margin across it or price parts one at a time, and preview every listing before it goes anywhere near eBay. Selected parts wait in a review queue first, so a part picked by mistake can be dropped before it is live.
-
Your own photos
The photos already on file for a part go up with its listing — real photographs of the actual part, which is what used parts sell on.
-
Titles written for buyers
Year, make, model and the part in plain words, built from the part record rather than a pile of keywords.
-
Shipping per store
Each eBay store keeps its own shipping, payment and return policies, brought in from eBay itself, so a listing goes out on the policies you already use.
-
Categories mapped once
Part types map to eBay categories once, so nobody chooses a category part by part.
Fitment from interchange, checked against eBay
On eBay Motors buyers shop by vehicle, so a listing without compatibility only turns up for the one car it came off. YardWyre builds fitment from your Hollander interchange data and checks every vehicle against eBay's own catalog before publishing. That check matters: eBay quietly drops a compatibility row it does not recognise and publishes anyway, so a listing nobody checked can fit far fewer cars than it should.
Why fitment decides whether a salvage listing sells is covered in our guide to selling on eBay Motors.
Keeps eBay true to the yard
The danger in listing a whole yard is selling the same part twice. YardWyre checks the yard's inventory every few minutes, and a part that has been sold, deleted or blocked from online sale is ended on eBay automatically. A price changed in the yard system reaches the live listing on its own, in batches, so even a whole-catalogue reprice never floods eBay.
It also watches for the problem eBay does not announce: a listing hidden for a policy violation while every seller screen still says it is live. YardWyre checks live listings against eBay, shows the hidden ones with eBay's own reason, and refuses to relist a struck part until the strike is cleared. Before anything is published, listings are checked for wording eBay treats as buying or selling outside eBay.
Orders come back as work orders
YardWyre checks for paid eBay orders every few minutes and writes the matching work order into your yard system, under its own employee account, so eBay sales stay separate from counter sales and the part gets pulled without anyone rekeying a sale. Buyer messages, returns, cases, offers and eBay payouts are handled in the same place, and shipping labels can be bought on your own FedEx, UPS or USPS account at your own rates.
More than one store, and staff who see only theirs
Yards often sell under several eBay accounts. Each store connects separately, publishes independently and keeps its own policies and ship-from location, all from one dashboard. Staff can be limited to the stores they should touch, and refunds, cancellations and policy changes stay with your admins. eBay is one channel of several; see how to sell used auto parts online.
After a part is live
- Bulk-edit shipping, return and payment policies, categories and prices across a batch.
- Run a sale on a set of listings, or a Promoted Listings campaign, from YardWyre.
- Price a part against what other sellers are asking on eBay right now (see how to price used auto parts).
- See how many other sellers list the same part, and where you have the market to yourself.
Built for yards on Hollander Powerlink
YardWyre works on top of the Powerlink database your yard already runs — no migration and no second inventory. How it connects to Powerlink, and how the phone app books parts in.
See what it costsQuestions yards ask
Does YardWyre replace my yard management system?
No. It works on top of Hollander Powerlink, reading and writing the records you already keep. Nothing is migrated.
What happens when a part sells at the counter?
YardWyre checks the yard's inventory every few minutes and ends the eBay listing for any part that has been sold, deleted or blocked from online sale.
Where does the fitment come from?
From your Hollander interchange data, checked against eBay's own vehicle catalog before the listing is published.
Can I run more than one eBay store?
Yes. Each store connects separately with its own policies and ship-from location, and staff can be limited to the stores they should use.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup, then a monthly fee plus a fee per user, a share of eBay sales and a small charge per VIN decode. Current rates are on the pricing page.

We will take a copy of your inventory and show you what would list, what it would price at, and what the fitment would say.
